The Laurel

Seeing the lack of event spaces built with classic, timeless architecture and also run with operational excellence, Estes leadership led the design, entitlement process and construction of The Laurel in Grapevine, Texas.

Despite the year of development being one of the wettest on record in North Texas, The Laurel opened on time and on budget in November 2015, immediately becoming known for its attention to detail both from the building as well as the operational excellence displayed by its team members.

The Laurel would go on to win multiple awards for its design and Southern hospitality while hosting nearly 1,000 events before being sold in 2025.
