In 2016, Estes leadership uncovered the opportunity to transform a 90 year old church into an event venue in the heart of the Bishop Arts area of Dallas. Estes led the design, entitlement process, construction and ultimate operations of the building.
In 2019, the Cliff House was honored with an Architecture Achievement Award from Preservation Dallas recognizing the restoration.
