Public Private Collaboration

A public-private collaboration spanning over 250 acres and ultimately slated to cost $325 million, the North Texas project engaged Estes leadership for design direction, operational guidance and financial modeling related to the project's proposed cafe and event space.

In addition, Estes was able to engage with the architects and engineers concerning the master plan, helping to find efficiencies between the park, food & beverage offerings, and proposed structures.
