400 North Ervay

The ownership of the iconic 400 North Ervay building in Downtown Dallas was looking to revitalize its formerly robust event business and turned to the leadership of Estes to model and help hire the new operations team. Immediately, the building and event space began to see a large revenue lift with thousands of people visiting the multifamily landmark annually.

The project expanded into the cafe space downstairs as Estes leadership reimagined the 1930 space into an eatery worthy of the building, providing design, construction management, menu creation and staff hiring.
